Trading and Coronavirus Update

Once we reopen the below conditions will apply when visiting our showroom.

Face masks are mandatory in our showroom, if you come unprepared we can provide a mask for you.

Visitors should use the hand sanitiser provided on arrival.

Pangea Sculptures continues to operate online; your health and safety is our top priority and it is essential to protect our employees too. Therefore, we are taking some steps to protect everyone during this current situation.

What we must do

Introduce social distancing within our showroom

Insist on the wearing of a face mask inside the showroom

Limit the number of visitors to SIX at any one time

Insist that children must be accompanied and not left to walk alone in the showroom

Make changes to how we process your purchase in store

Adapt our delivery procedures to ensure the safety of our customers and employees

Minimise the risk of spreading infection – no bathroom facility or refreshments available in store

Buy online and collect from the showroom – call us when you arrive and we will bring your sculpture out to your car

How you can help

Visit the showroom if necessary, it is safer to shop online

Respect the social distancing guidelines in store

Pay by debit/credit card, PayPal or bank transfer

Expect to wait a little longer for your sculptures – order in advance if buying a gift

Accept a kerb side or doorstep delivery for sculptures arriving in a package or on a pallet

Accept that the delivery of larger sculptures direct from Pangea will need planning and will have to be arranged in advance to ensure social distancing at your property

Know that our driver will always maintain a distance of 2 metres, we ask for your support and that you do the same

No hand shaking out of respect and caution for all

The Pangea onsite re-lacquering service is suspended to ensure the health and well being of our employees is not compromised.
